When will your order ship

Shipping labels are created once package is ready to ship and it can take up to 24 hours to show tracking information. Once your package is ready to ship and a label has been created you will receive an email with your tracking information.

 Missing or Delivered but still haven’t received package

From time to time couriers may prematurely mark your order as delivered while it’s still in transit. If you have not received your order, please check with neighbors or anyone else who may have received your package on your behalf. If you still cannot locate the order, we kindly ask that you wait a full 24 hours before reaching out to the carrier to file a claim.
